Hemsworth Communications welcomes new clients to travel and tourism roster

Award-Winning PR & Social Media Agency hired as AOR by WaterWalk and South Fulton Convention and Visitors Bureau.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Hemsworth Communications announced the addition of two hospitality brands – WaterWalk and South Fulton Convention and Visitors Bureau – to its Travel & Tourism division. Effective immediately, the firm is responsible for driving national public relations efforts for both new clients, including the development of strategic media relations campaigns and implementation of programs to increase brand awareness such as industry awards, thought leadership and special events.

The company was founded in 2014 by the late Jack DeBoer, a hospitality visionary recognized as the pioneer of the extended-stay and all-suite hotel concepts. WaterWalk is unique in that it boasts two accommodations options under one roof, with its signature ‘LIVE | STAY model.’  Hemsworth will manage a comprehensive trade media relations program for WaterWalk that elevates recognition for its next-gen product within the lodging and development sectors. In addition, the agency will help WaterWalk create a forward-looking consumer media relations strategy and work with the brand to plan, facilitate and promote the grand opening of each of its new properties – beginning with WaterWalk Phoenix, which is the ninth addition to WaterWalk’s rapidly expanding portfolio, expected to open in early 2023.
